With this tour you will discover one of theflattest areas of the Empordà.

The tour begins in Sant Martí d'Empúries, medieval town and place of arrival of Greeks and Romans, a civilization that had a deep influence in the culture and landscape of this territory.

From Sant Martí, you will continue through the agricultural plain of Empordà, to the ruins of Empúries, from where you will enter the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park, following the Gulf of Roses along wide and pleasant sandy roads, to Sant Pere Pescador, village surrounded by emblematic natural spaces.

Here, you will discover the gorge of the Fluvià, the enclosure d'en Puig and the lagoons of the Matà, crossing fields of apple trees and enjoying the green and yellowish fruit fields and the blue and golden  of the beaches of the environment.

With this tour you will discover the wetlands of the Empordà, one of the main wetlands of Catalonia, recognized for its natural, aesthetic and social values, in a different way and with the comfort of an e-mountain bike.

From Castellò d'Empúries you will enter the places around the lagoons of Vilaüt, habitat and refuge of multiple species of birds in periods of migration. With luck, you will observe the migratory birds that stop to rest during the trip or, you will hear a concert of frogs at full volume.

You will continue through the natural environments of the villages of Peralada and Vilanova de la Muga, along the foothills of Sierra de Rodes, passing through the plain of Empordà and crossing the mosaic of fields and protected crops of the Tramontana by rows of cypresses. Finally, you will return by the bank of the river Muga.

There is also the possibility to finish the tour with a wine tasting at the Espelt winery.

With this tour you will discover the Albera, a route that goes from the coastal municipality of Llançà to Puig d'Esquer, one of the most emblematic peaks in the eastern area of the National Interest Park of Albera, from where you will enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the entire plain, the Sierra de la Albera and the coast of the Costa Brava.

The e-mountain bike will allow you to live this experience comfortably and easily to the top, enjoying the vegetation of cork oaks and bushes, typical of this slope of the Albera.

You will advance through ridges and small valleys of the last mountainous foothills of the Pyrenees and you will also discover some of the dolmens and menhirs that make the Alt Empordà one of the places in Catalonia with the highest concentration of megalithic constructions.

Finally you will make a visit to the less known Romanesque heritage of the Albera.

With this tour you will discover the natural park of Cap de Creus and its hidden corners in a different and exciting way.

The tour begins in Roses and will go up hill through paths among vegetation of Mediterranean scrubs, passing by abandoned farmhouses, dolmens and typical dry stone constructions of this area, until you will arrive at the pass of Perafita, between Cadaqués and Port de la Selva.

You will follow the route along paths that previously connected coastal towns such as Port de la Selva, Llançà and Roses, to Cadaqués, an emblematic fishing village from Empordà with a unique charm.

You will return by the southern slope of the mountain of La Peni experiencing the sensations caused by the ascent on an e-mountain bike.
